Phase I Single-Agent Experience

In our two Phase I single-agent studies, ADH-1 was well tolerated and demonstrated evidence of anti-tumor activity in seven patients whose tumors expressed the molecular target, N-cadherin. In total, the Phase I studies included 70 patients (49 of whom had N-cadherin positive tumors) who received a total of 247 doses of ADH-1.
